"Anna was super kind and helpful. She helped my mother and set up a medigap policy and guided us through the underwriting process. Had been many, many years after an unpleasant experience with State Farm as my automotive insurer and she has redeemed my faith in the company. I interacted with a young lady at the front desk and a fellow agent who were both very pleasant, approachable ladies as well. "Ms. Anna is the best agent ever! She was very patient and she didn’t give up until she found me a policy that fits my budget. She was so nice enough to stay on the line and make sure that my other Insurance policies got canceled for the switch over. It took exactly 1 hour and 11 minutes to switch my insurance over to State Farm it was worth it because she was there every step of the way through the hassle and heartache.
